Joseph Varghese is a Business Acceleration Expert and an Online Marketing Strategist. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and the everyday entrepreneur for over 15 years. In 1995, Joseph got his start understanding the importance of systems and the freedom that they provide when he worked as a Junior Process Engineer at a company called IFF in Union Beach, New Jersey. He optimized processes and created Standard Operating Procedures or “Recipes” to make large quantities of the company’s unique flavors and fragrances. The plant operators were educated to follow through with the systems and efficiency was measured through a computerized dashboard.
The entire system was documented and a year later a new plant was built in Augusta, Georgia based on that successful model in NJ. Joseph saw how much time, money and energy was saved by having a well built system.
In the late 1990s, the Internet revolution came. Joseph transitioned into being a Process Management Consultant at several Fortune 100 companies. He systematized technology roll-outs at JPMorgan and centralized the management of thousands of desktops and servers at Pfizer in NYC.
As a consultant for GE Capital, he got a taste of Six Sigma. Since then Joseph developed a passion for maximizing human potential and productivity – studying with Peak Potentials, Tony Robbins, David Allen, Landmark Education, Mission Control, Michael Gerber, Franklin Covey and personally working with dozens of other thought leaders.
Joseph holds two Engineering Bachelors, one in Chemical Engineering and the second in Computer Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He also holds several certifications including Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has been a Toastmaster and a member of the National Speakers Association Academy.
From 2003 to 2005, Joseph moved into Internet Marketing after founding and leading an event planning organization called Metrofly, creating monthly fundraisers for dozens of local charities in New York City. He learned how to build communities – creating successful online marketing campaigns, building successful joint ventures with both the charities and establishments and from there creating fun and uniquely themed events serving a wide audience.
From 2005 to present, Joseph has immersed himself in all facets of both online and offline marketing working with and being personally mentored by some of the top Internet marketers and Business Strategists including Jay Abraham, Michael Gerber, Alex Mandosian, Armand Morin, Eben Pagan, Marc Harty and dozens of others. He has also studied Copwriting from John Carlton and David Garfinkle.
Most recently, Joseph shared the stage with Michael Gerber, author of the E-Myth Revisited, and helped him launch his Dreaming Room events in New York. For many entrepreneurs, the E-Myth has become an essential handbook to systemize their businesses.
What Joseph found was that it’s a similar “recipe” across the board whether you are running a factory, a Fortune 500 company, or being a small business owner. Once you have a step by step “recipe”, learn to effectively communicate and leverage teams, track progress, the result is quantum growth and consistent profits.
Joseph works with both entrepreneurs and companies to streamline their online marketing systems. He is known as natural connector, and as such he also facilitates and brokers joint ventures for his clients.
His current projects involve Product Launches and building successful continuity based websites.
For close to 20 years, Joseph has gone from being a Process Engineer to now being a Profit Engineer. Hence the name Process to Profit.
